This report sets out the results of the housing needs survey conducted in the Parish of Mickleham, which took place between 10th January and 7th February 2025.

The purpose of the report is to provide an up-to-date picture of the housing market context in Mickleham Parish and relative affordability, including current local housing need.

Survey questionnaires were hand-delivered to 188 households. A total of 68 responses were received giving a return rate of 36.2%.

The report was presented to the Mickleham Parish Council at the recent Annual Parish meeting held on Wednesday 21st July 2025.
